TASTING NOTES : Saltbush Cabernet Sauvignon has lifted aromas of blackberry and cassis with a touch of white pepper. The palatehas rich fruit flavours of dark berries and plums, followed by medium-bodied, savoury refined tannins from ageing on French oak, which leads to a structured and elegant finish. Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with rosemary lamb, slow cooked beef, pancetta ragu and cheddar cheese.
