Care: 

• Wash thoroughly before first use and wash and rinse well before re-use. Never use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
• If pan has become soiled with dried food or cooking fat, add a few tablespoons of bicarbonate soda and fill to the top of the pan with water and allow to stand overnight.
